Therapeutic Table Massage
Therapeutic Mat Massage (Thai)
Table massage is a traditional Swedish-style massage that can incorporate deeper work for pain relief, postural balance, and condition-specific treatment. This massage is recommended for clients with serious bone and/or joint conditions, like osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.
Mat massage is a Thai-based bodywork therapy that enables the therapist to give deeper pressure and work for longer treatments. The client is fully clothed for this massage, allowing the therapist easier access to many muscles groups and allowing for deeper stretches. This work can be relaxing while also allowing for deep balancing, pain relief, and condition-specific symptom relief. For the full experience, mat massage should be a minimum of 90min long, but can be done for 60min if needed.
