Therapeutic Table Massage

Performed on a table, the client undresses to their comfort level and is draped while the therapist massages various parts of the body. The therapist draws from many different techniques to meet the client’s goals. This work is typically better suited for relaxation, for clients with fragile health, or for those who prefer a more traditional massage.

Thai Mat Massage

Performed on a mat on the floor with the client fully clothed. This session consists of deep, focused compressions in tight muscles, mixed with mobility and stretching. This type of massage typically gives clients better, longer-lasting pain relief. It can be performed on a table for clients who cannot get on the floor.
